BetterCo: Multichannel Product Launch
Launched two new jigsaw puzzles, setting up sales on Amazon and the website. Managed artist and manufacturer relationships, created promo videos, and led a social media campaign.

Challenge
After acquiring BetterCo. with my husband as a side business, I led the end-to-end launch of two new puzzle designs. This involved licensing artwork from independent artists, managing production with an overseas manufacturer, and navigating the complexities of international shipping and customs. I coordinated fulfillment setup through Amazon FBA, built a Shopify workflow for direct orders, and figured out how to manage multi-platform inventory. On the marketing side, I developed short-form video content and launched campaigns across Instagram, Pinterest, Etsy, and YouTube, while also expanding into wholesale through Faire.
Results
Since the acquisition, we’ve sold over 1,000 puzzles, launched in more than 10 boutique stores across the U.S., and increased website orders by 150%. Our multi-channel presence and creative marketing helped drive brand growth and customer engagement in a competitive market. On the horizon, showcasing our puzzles at our first live event.
